Nicholas Chaves has another Netflix gig

Virginia General Hospital fans hoped Nicholas Chaves would return as Spencer Cassadine after filming Monster: The Lyle and Eric Menendez story, which Deadline says premieres on September 19.

Chaves seems to be moving on from daytime as Soaps in Depth reports that he is now filming his second Netflix series, Grotesque, where he portrays Father Charlie and co-stars with his real-life girlfriend, Victoria Abbott.

Some Virginia General Hospital fans still hope that down the road, Spencer will return to Port Charles one day, possibly after Trina Robinson (Tabbyana Ali) moves on with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
