Chesapeake Public Schools administrative offices relocating

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Chesapeake Public Schools are happy to announce the new location for their administrative offices, now located at 1421 Kristina Way.

The following administrative offices have been consolidated and are all relocating to the new Greenbrier location on Kristina Way:

• The School Administration Building (previously at 312 Cedar Road)
• Instructional Services Center (previously at 304 Cedar Road)
• Center for Teaching and Learning (previously located at 932 Professional Place)
• Edwards-Wilson Center (previously located at 2107 Liberty Street)

This transition is expected to take several weeks. It’s recommended to call 757-547-0153 before visiting the offices to confirm the current location.

Chesapeake School Board Meetings will be held at the new location. Click here for upcoming meeting dates.

No changes will be made to the operating locations for School Plants (1021 Great Bridge Blvd.) or the Educational Services Center (369 Battlefield Blvd.)

Summer business hours are in effect and will end Thursday, August 22, 2024.

Schools and administrative offices are currently operating on a Monday-Thursday schedule, from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
