City approves change orders for Trojan Village and Public Works Building
The Madison City Commission approved three change orders at their meeting on Monday. The first change was for the Trojan Village Street Construction and Extension of Washington Avenue and Division Avenue. The existing subgrade was found to be soft and in need of stabilization. Aggregate thickness will be increased from 8” to 12” thick except at the intersection of Washington Avenue where it will be 16” thick.

Plans for new Elmwood clubhouse at a ‘stalemate’
SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — Construction on the new clubhouse at the Elmwood golf course was expected to begin in the spring of 2024 leaving many wondering what the holdup is.
