Beautiful New Mural at Lake Anne Elementary School
This new, captivating art piece titled Water and Warmth features aquatic creatures, woodland animals, mandalas, and children. Mural Masters, Inc artists, Shawn James and Charles Lawrance worked over a few weeks and completed the artwork at the end of June. The Ribbon Cutting ceremony is August 15 at 3pm, located at Lake Anne Elementary School. Please join us!

Compared to last year, the median list price is 6.5% higher for the same week, marking continuing affordability challenges in the region. Southern Maryland is the only market in the Bright MLS service area where list prices were lower than a year ago.

STRABAN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Two men are charged with stealing two high-value cars from a dealership in Adams County.
