Bears to hold 9 training camp practices open to the public, including joint work with Bengals

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) — With the conclusion of veteran minicamp Thursday at Halas Hall, the Bears will soon look forward to training camp, for which the schedule has now been released.

The Bears will report for training camp at Halas Hall on July 19. As they get to work, they'll hold nine practices that are open to the public. That includes a joint practice with the Bengals on Thursday, Aug. 15 in Lake Forest. That joint practice will come before the teams square off in a preseason game on Aug. 17.

Open practices will be conducted on July 26, July 27, July 30, Aug. 4, Aug. 6, Aug. 7, Aug. 13, Aug. 14 and Aug. 15. The Bears will play four preseason games this year, with the first being against the Texans in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio on Aug. 1.

For the open practices in training camp, tickets are required for fan attendance and will become available July 9.
