In the recent win against the Dallas Wings, Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky secured her seventh-straight double-double, setting a new record for the most consecutive double-doubles by a rookie in the history of the WNBA.

Thursday's double-double may have been Reese's most impressive one yet. The former LSU Tiger recorded 16 points on 54% shooting and a season-high 18 rebounds. She also dished out three assists and picked up two steals.

Following the game, the Sky used just one word to describe Reese: "DAWG."

They embraced this label on social media and also crowned her as the Player of the Game.

Reese and the Sky will try to pick up their first win against Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever in their next game on Sunday, June 23, at 4:00 PM EST.
