Angel Reese's Daring WNBA Pregame Outfit Sparks New Nickname

Angel Reese is on top of the world right now.

The "Chi Barbie" won the WNBA's Rookie of the Month Award for June, after she averaged 14.5 points and 13.2 rebounds per game while also setting a WNBA record with 10 consecutive double-doubles.

Reese will look to keep her record going during Thursday's game against the Atlanta Dream.

And prior to this intriguing contest between two teams looking to earn a playoffs spot, Reese showed up wearing a fully denim outfit that included gold high heels.

One X user crowned Reese with a new nickname upon seeing her fire outfit.

The nickname is obviously inspired by rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

And the moniker is fitting, since Megan Thee Stallion shared a hilarious story about pretending to be Reese while she's shooting the basketball in her studio when thinking of new lyrics.

Let's see whether this fire outfit and new nickname to boot will be enough for Reese to continue her double-double streak and lead the Sky to victory against the Dream on Tuesday.
