Angel Reese Makes Big Fourth of July Announcement Amid Endorsement Rumors

Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese is on top of the world right now.

Just this week alone, Reese has been named to the 2024 WNBA All-Star team, won WNBA Rookie of the Month honors for June, and set the WNBA record for most consecutive double-doubles (11) in a season.

And now Reese is on the verge of turning this success into a major endorsement deal.

On the morning of Fourth of July, Reese posted on X, "Goodmorning to the Reese’s Pieces and the Reese’s Pieces onlyyyyyy".

This is a reference to Reese's fanbase, which is called the Reese's Pieces.

But Reese's announcement also has a new meaning.

TMZ reported on Thursday morning that Reese is currently in talks with Hershey's about a potential partnership.

TMZ wrote that, "It's unclear exactly what it would all entail and how far along they are in negotiations ... but a Hershey's spokesperson admitted to us, "Reese x Reese does sound quite tasty.""

Reese has made her adoration of Reese's well known in the past, even wearing custom Reese's Pieces shoes during a WNBA game earlier this year.

This seems like a can't-miss opportunity for both the WNBA icon and the global candy brand.
