Jonathan Owens Reveals Sweet Nickname for Simone Biles

Before Simone Biles travels to Paris to compete in her third Olympics, she's spending quality time with her husband, Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens.

Biles, who crushed the competition as the all-around champion at the U.S. Olympic Trials in Minneapolis, and Owens, who cheered the nine-time national champion on throughout the meet, are now back home in Texas.

The couple celebrated the Fourth of July holiday together by dining out at Toca Madera in Houston. A few days later, Owns shared a photo on his Instagram Stories, revealing a sweet nickname for his wife.

"Passenger Princess," Owens wrote, which refers to someone who always lets or wants their partner to do the driving.

Owens, who received time off from the Bears' mandatory training camp to join his wife in Paris this summer, is pumped to see his wife compete for another gold medal. After he signed a two-year contract with Chicago in March, the 28-year-old safety alluded to their upcoming travels.

"I'm gonna be in there cheering like it's a football game," Owens said of watching Biles represent the United States at the 2024 Olympics, per the Bears website . The love goes both ways, as Biles attends as many of Owens' games and events as possible.

"It has meant the world to be able to support him," Biles said. "There's not a lot of time I get to do that because our seasons clash at one point and then it's [his season] and then it's [mine].

"So it's actually exciting whenever I get to come out and support [him] because these are memories that you won't get to do forever. So every time I get to support him, any which way, I'm here."
