As rookies reported to Chicago Bears ' training camp on Tuesday, the first of two major dominoes fell as the Bears agreed to terms with the No. 9 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft Rome Odunze.

According to reports, Odunze, a wide receiver out of Washington, inked a four-year, 22.7 million dollar deal (fully guaranteed) with the Bears, including a fifth-year option.

Over his four-year career with the Huskies , Odunze amassed 214 passes for 3,272 yards and 24 touchdowns. As a senior, he had 92 catches for 1,640 yards and 13 touchdowns for a Washington team that made the College Football playoffs for the first time in their school's history.

Towering at 6'3 and 200 pounds, Odunze rounds out a formidable wide receiving corps for the Bears. With DJ Moore and Keenan Allen as his running mates, the Bears have a trio that is arguably the best in the NFL.

With training camp officially beginning today for the Bears, it's only a matter of time now for No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams to ink his deal and all but put a stamp on one of the more memorable offseasons in recent Bears' history.
