CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - The family of a man missing since his boat capsized on Lake Michigan Friday found his body Sunday.

Leslie Jackson-Tobin was anxiously awaiting news about her husband Sunday near the 31st Street Harbor.

“I just feel like something needs to be done…Why isn’t anybody here?” She asked.

She was talking with CBS Chicago about the capsizing of the double-decker yacht that Lorenzo Tobin was on, when a relative spotted a body, not far from the sunken boat.

They called police. The marine unit pulled the 40-year-old Country Club Hills man from the water at around 12:45 p.m. Sunday.

His wife said Tobin was helping work a birthday party on the boat and made sure people had life vests.  The other 15 people on board made it out safely.

In a separate incident, police said the body of a 36-year-old man was pulled from the lake near the harbor early Saturday morning.
