Tracy needs a forever home, waiting now at PAWS Chicago

Meet Tracy ! She is a two-year old mixed breed dog who has the sad honor of having spent the longest time at PAWS Chicago’s Adoption Center , 570 days! She is the staff favorite and is known to be a very friendly dog, good with both pets and people. She loves any type of physical or mental enrichments, like Kongs or Shuffle Boards.

She is very smart, according to her PAWS handlers, and knows how to sit, touch, place and paw.

She celebrated her 2nd birthday at the shelter and all her loving fans came out to celebrate with cake and lost of belly rubs.

So why has this happy, loving girl been in the shelter for so long? Tracy has a tough time with transitions, so it takes a while for her to settle into a new home. PAWS would love for a patient person to commit to her and give her time to discover how wonderful her new life will be.
