Engineers rate Georgia "C+" in infrastructure
The condition of Georgia's infrastructure received a decidedly mediocre grade of "C+" Monday in a report released by the Georgia section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. For the second weekend in a row, a white supremacist group carrying Nazi flags took to the streets of downtown Nashville.
