According to NOAA, June 2024 was one of the warmest Junes on record for the United States.

The average temperature for June was 71.8 degrees, that was 3.4 degrees above average. That made it the second warmest June on record across the country. From January through June, it was also the second warmest on record for that period with warmer than average temperatures across almost all of the United States.

Here in New England, we experienced a number of days during the month of June with temperatures in the 90s.

The warmest temperatures across the country have been from the Great Lakes to here in the Northeast.
