    Game highlights: Adena wins in 3 sets against Unioto, Danison ties Unioto school record

    Here's a look at high school results from Monday and Tuesday:

    Boys soccer

    Monday's results

    Unioto 1, North Adams 2: Freshman Luke Mautz scored the lone goal for Unioto. Blake Egginger made 12 saves in goal.

    Fairfield 2, Westfall 3: Peyton Yates had two goals, while Matias Lavi added one. Lavi also logged an assist as did Nate Wolfe. Gabe Cox made 11 saves in goal.

    Girls soccer

    Monday's results

    Unioto 13 , Southeastern 0: Aidyn Danison, a junior, scored seven goals and logged an assist. Danison tied the school record with the seven goals. Sophie Hanes, Reghan Bee, Indy Lambert, Ava Garza, Adeline Lloyd and Ella Pelfrey all had one goal each. Bee and Pelfrey also each had three assists, and Lloyd had two assists. Jillian Mathey made one save in goal.

    Fairfield 6, Westfall 0 : No individual stats were reported

    Warren 11, Waverly 0 : No individual stats were reported

    Tuesday's results

    Chillicothe 4 , Miami Trace 1: No individual stats were reported

    Monday's results

    Logan Elm 3, Chillicothe 1: The Cavaliers lost 25-18, 21-25, 20-25, 18-25.

    Grace Townsend hit a career-high of 2,000 assists after posting 36 assists. Townsend finished with six points, one ace, 13 digs and three kills. Makalee Miller had 17 points, one ace, five digs and seven kills. Evelyn Hamman had 13 points, four aces, 17 kills, and seven digs.

    Eastern 3 , Piketon 2: The Lady Redstreaks lost 21-25, 25-21, 25-17, 22-25, 11-15.

    Saydi Childers finished with 17 points, three aces and 22 digs. Haydn Daniels had 12 points, two aces, 13 kills, and five digs. Ryanne Moore had 20 kills, six points, one ace and two digs. Larkin Vulgamore had 11 points, two aces, two kills and 14 digs.

    Tuesday's results

    Miami Trace 3, Chillicothe 1: The Lady Cavaliers lost 14-25, 11-25, 25-12, 25-20

    Adena 3 , Unioto 0: The Lady Warriors won 25-14, 25-17, 25-13

    For Adena, Kortney Sowers had 18 points, six aces, and three digs. Katie Burns had 13 points, 22 kills, and five digs. Kamryn Sowers had 11 points and 17 digs. Kimmy Dalton had 11 points and 16 digs.

    No stats were reported for Unioto.

    Zane Trace 3, Paint Valley 0: The Lady Pioneers won 25-6, 25-20, 25-13.

    Huntington 3, Southeastern 2: The Lady Huntsmen won 25-21, 20-25, 25-14, 25-27, 15-8.

    No 1 single Judea Harding defeated Lauren Carper(J) 6-1 6-1No 2 single Avery Miller defeated Lacey Houser(J) 6-1 6-0No 3 single Kenzie Collins(J) defeated Kara Tapp 6-2 6-1

    No 1 doubles Kynze Bayes/Thao Nguyen defeated Hannah Fortner/Mckenzey Coyan(J) 6-0 6-0No 2 singles Callie Newkirk/Emma Butts(J) defeated Reese Miller/Mackenzie Scaggs 7-6 6-2

    The Lady Cavaliers finished the league with a perfect 8-0 record to become FAC champs.

    Girls Cross country

    Cedarville Friendship Cross Country Invitational

    Gabby Maranzana finished in second place with a time of 19:41. She was joined in the top 50 by Payton McQuirt (11th) with a time of 21:28.6. The Chillicothe team finished in fifth place.

    Monday's results

    Division II sectional at Buckeye Hills Country Club

    Westfall and Zane Trace will join West Union and Logan Elm as teams to advance from the sectional.

    The top four teams and the top four individuals from non-qualifying teams advance.

    Westfall finished first with a score of 336. Paige Weiss, who finished first at the sectional, shot 70, while teammates Carolin Sever shot 82, Michelle Pickett shot 94, Marianna Packer shot 90 and Kathryn Lockhart shot 106.

    Zane Trace finished third with a score of 379. Rosella Lattavo, who finished second at the sectional, shot 72. Her teammates Carly Picklesimer shot 99, Hope Proehl shot 100, Faith Proehl shot 108 and McKenzie McQuirt shot 109.

    Qualifying as individuals were Avery Ater of Adena who shot 87 and Maddie Woods of Southeastern who shot 93. Alexis Blankenship of Adena lost a playoff to be the fourth individual.

    Division II sectional at Franklin Valley Golf Course

    Piketon has advanced after finishing second at the sectional with a score of 384.

    The top four teams and the top four individuals from non-qualifying teams advance.

    Leading Piketon was Laila Kelly, who finished first in the tournament after shooting 82. Her teammates Riley Wagner shot 89, Renee Hill shot 114, Emma Cutler shot 117 and Brenna Weaver shot 99.

    Advancing as an individual was Saylor Crace of Waverly who finished third after shooting 88.

    Boys golf

    Tuesday's results

    Division III sectional at Jaycees Golf Course

    Westfall finished first, shooting 321, and advanced from the sectional.

    The top five teams and the top five individuals from non-qualifying teams advance.

    Brenden Biegler led Westfall and the tournament after shooting 72. His teammates Jacob Hicks shot 83, Colton Brungarth shot 78, Dalton Bush shot 88 and Ian Camden shot 88.

    Advancing as an individual was Calloway Ratliff from Unioto who shot 81.
