The Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library Summer Music Series at the Northside Branch started on June 12 with Yoctangee Fire. The library invites everyone to these free, fun evenings and encourages folks to bring a chair, a snack, and enjoy an hour of local music. June 18 is the next show with The Great Seal of Ohio Band. Wrapping up the June schedule is the Ashley Huffer Trio on June 26. Watch this column for July dates or check out the schedule on the library website. Keep reading for more local events happening this weekend.

Hazel's Roadshow, featuring DJ Hazel, brings old and new country from 4 to 8 p.m. (weather permitting) to Yoctangee Park. This entertainment is free and open to the public, thanks to Hazel.
