Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library offers adventure passes

CHILLICOTHE — When visiting Ross County there is so much to do to make visiting easier the Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library, along with community partners, recently announced the launch of Adventure Passes.

The passes help people visit top locations in the area for free. Currently passes are offered for two adults and household children to Adena Mansion & Gardens, the Mighty Childen's Museum or four people to Tecumseh! Outdoor Drama.

Each of these passes gives patrons a chance to see one thing in Ross County for free thanks to their library card during a select time period. Heather VanGundy with the library said these passes are meant to help people explore the area more easily.

"We want everybody in the community to be able to access the cool sites that we have," said VanGundy.

To check out a free pass to one of the three current options all a patron must do is go to their local Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library branch with their library card and speak with a librarian to learn more.
