    Board denies parole for Chilton offender

    The Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles held 24 hearings on July 25, one of which involved a Chilton County offender.

    Jared Dakota Frost was denied parole by the board during his hearing, and he received no reset date. Frost had no one speak in favor or against him being granted parole during his hearing.

    Frost is currently serving a 60-month sentence for a Possession of a Controlled Substance arrest on Jan. 11 of this year. He has currently served 11 months and 15 days of the 60-month sentence with 147 days of jail credit and 329 days of good time received. Frost’s minimum release date is June 6, 2025.

    Frost has previous arrests in Chilton County, including Possession of Controlled Substance arrests in 2021 and 2022.
