Through its collaborative efforts with over a hundred agencies and community partners, Mesa-based United Food Bank is able to serve more than two million Arizonans annually. Arizona mountain lion released back into the wild
A new video shows an Arizona mountain lion being released back into the wild. Wildlife officers captured the big cat on July 12 after it wandered onto the campus of the Tucson Medical Center. They tranquilized the mountain lion and put a GPS radio collar around its neck. It was released back into the wild on July 13 away from the Tucson area.
DEPUTY DO-RIGHT CELEBRATES HIS BIRTHDAY WITH NAZ WRANGLERS AND WHISKIE
YCSO's very own Deputy Do-Right was the honored guest at halftime of the NAZ Wranglers IFL football game in Prescott Valley July 13th, as the Wranglers wished Do-Right a happy birthday. The large crowd joined in the celebration by singing "Happy Birthday", and Wrangler mascot Whiskie presented his counterpart with a bag of Wranglers swag, including an autographed picture of QB Joshua Jones. Do-Right is always a crowd favorite at Wrangler games, mingling with the fans, getting pictures with the kids, and taking part in things like the opening coin toss and several halftime special events.
