3 Dishes to Make With an Impossible Foods Burger....Besides a Burger

    2021-04-20

By now you may (or may not) know of the Impossible Foods brand. For those of you who haven’t, Impossible foods was founded in 2011 by Dr. Patrick O’Brown. They make their meat, dairy, and fish directly from plants—and yes it tastes bomb. Their site states:

“Impossible Burger uses 96% less land, 87% less water, and produces 89% fewer greenhouse gas emissions.”

Having good food while saving the environment?!! Sign us up!! Here are 3 dishes we love to make with the below impossible burger!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 impossible burger patty
    • 1 12-ounce bottle of BBQ sauce
    • 1 14-ounce can of ocean spray jellied cranberry sauce

    Steps:

    1) Place patty into a bowl, season and crack one egg.

    3) Roll patty into meatball shape.

    4) Drizzle oil on a skillet and turn to medium high heat.

    6) Pour BBQ sauce and jellied cranberry sauce into a crockpot and mix together on low heat.

    7) Once the meatballs are done place into the crockpot and cover for an additional 10 minutes to coat the sauce.

    8) Dig in!
