School board hires NCSBA to help search for next superintendent

The public school districts in Chowan and Perquimans counties will receive a total of $145,000 in state grant funding to support digital learning practices. Apex accept applications for Timbermill grants
The company building the 45-turbine wind farm on 6,300 acres in Chowan County is accepting applications from local nonprofits for its Timbermill Wind Community Grants program.
