Jesus. The Columbia says they spent 2 YEARS STUDYING the layering of the Cuban sandwhich. The owner says ONLY TWO PICKLES!!!! NO MAYO!!!! Maybe he should have studied harder. When I ate there they burned the bread. All theory no execution.
