Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sharon Loses Her Grip On Reality, Believes Cameron Is Stalking Her

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease Cameron Kirsten's comeback to Genoa City, as Linden Ashby is set to reprise his notorious role.

While some might think the writers are planning to resurrect Cameron, his return is more likely tied to Sharon Newman's (Sharon Case) ongoing storyline.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Sharon Newman is currently battling mental health issues. Y&R viewers are aware that her bipolar medication has been changed, and while her family notices odd behavior, fans have seen Sharon's perspective, which is becoming increasingly alarming.

From lashing out at Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) without reason to leaving her house in disarray, Sharon recently experienced a hallucination where she kissed her ex, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). This excited #TeamShick fans, but given Sharon's current state, a reunion seems unlikely in the near future.

Could Sharon hallucinate about Cameron Kirsten? It's possible she might suddenly see him and believe he's stalking her again. The hallucinations could start with imaginary letters, gifts, and other items (similar to his previous harassment), followed by visions of him lurking behind trees, in the park, at work, and in her home.

Nick, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) sense something's wrong with Sharon. But would they take her stalking claims seriously or attribute it to her mental health? They're not seeing what viewers are, so it's hard to tell.

Looking back at Y&R's history, Mariah came to GC after Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) paid her to drive Sharon crazy. Nick and the others might think someone has a grudge and is trying to do the same. Then again, with Genoa City's history of people returning from the dead, they might believe Cameron is back for revenge!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Sharon's mental health will deteriorate before anyone takes action. If Sharon produces "evidence" of stalking through notes and gifts, Nick, Mariah, and Faith might focus on finding Cameron instead of getting Sharon help. Could Sharon end up harming a loved one or herself in the process?
