Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Admits To Loving Chelsea, Victor Plots Claire's Nanny Firing

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, August 28, tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) tries to convince Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) not to leave him. Soaps Spoilers reports that Sally packs a bag and makes a beeline to the door.

Adam prevents her from leaving. He says that if she leaves, their relationship will be over. Sally won't ever talk to him again. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Adam begs her to stay, claiming to love her and want to make it work between them.

After everything they've been through, Adam doesn't want his "mistake" in Baltimore to end them. But Sally refuses to work things out. She asks him if he still loves Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). After stalling and avoiding the question, he finally admits that he still loves Chelsea.

Meanwhile, at GCAC, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) pushes Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to find another nanny. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor wants Claire Grace (Hayley Grace) to return to Newman Enterprises. The only way that could happen is if Kyle fired Claire.

Kyle refuses to let Claire go. He says it would upset Harrison, and he doesn't think Claire would want to leave her position. Even so, Victor is certain that it's the right move. Victor will eventually get his way, but for now, Kyle refuses to look for another childcare worker.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) worries that Jabot workers believe she's inexperienced as a CEO. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) urges her not to worry about people's opinions, but Diane cannot help it.

Diane thinks it's Kyle's doing. Before he left Jabot, he told everyone about her lack of experience and the circumstances of his firing. She wonders if Kyle is still angry with her for faking her death all those years ago.
