Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sally Decides On Adam, Lily Enlists Victor's Help To Crush Billy

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, September 2, teases that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is reeling after learning about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Soaps Spoilers reports that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) sees Sally walking down the stairs at the GCAC and wants to chat.

When they sit down to talk, Billy asks Sally how she's feeling. She isn't sure. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Billy advises Sally to cut her losses with Adam. "You don't need Adam."

After Billy chats with Sally, he bumps into Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) at the coffee shop. Lily is sitting with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), who shares letters from Catherine Chancellor. Billy asks if they can talk, prompting Nikki to exit.

Billy tells Lily that they have nothing to discuss. He fired her, and she no longer has a position as Abbott-Chancellor. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Lily disagrees. She plans to fight the termination. Billy encourages her to do what she needs to.

Meanwhile, Chelsea and Adam spend time with Connor Newman (Judah MacKey) at Chancellor Park. Sally bumps into them, and Connor is happy to see her. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Connor wants Sally to watch a movie with him and his dad. Sally smiles and says that sounds like a plan.

Chelsea suggests Adam and Connor get her a latte to give her time to talk to Sally. Chelsea tells Sally that she's sorry for everything and encourages her to forgive Adam. Sally doesn't want to hear this. She informs Chelsea that she has just made up her mind about Adam.

"I don't think there a way to come back from this," Sally says, tears falling down her cheeks.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Lily calls Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to chat about Billy. She needs his help to put Billy in his place and regain control of Abbott-Chancellor.

At the same time, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Billy calls his legal team at the office. He wants to ensure that Lily will not win a lawsuit for wrongful termination.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Lily will hear Victor out as he outlines his plan to defect Billy. At some point, his plan concerns her, forcing her to call Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and work with Billy to protect Catherine's legacy.
