Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Taylor Revealed Her Fatal Diagnosis, Needs A Miracle To Survive

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) has returned to Los Angeles to reunite with her family. Taylor has already spent time with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) off-camera and is now focusing on Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and her kids.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) remains a key part of Taylor's life, so she wants to be near him, especially given her serious health news.

Taylor told Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) that she has heart failure and is dying, but is this really the end for her character?

She Knows Soaps reports that Rebecca Budig just joined the show in August, so hiring her only to write her off so quickly seems odd. Why bring in a well-known actress to play Taylor if they planned to kill her off right away?

Then again, maybe that was the plan all along. The writers may have wanted to wrap up Taylor's story for good and needed a new actress. Hunter Tylo and Krista Allen likely wouldn't have returned just for Taylor's death storyline so that Rebecca Budig could have been the solution.

Many B&B viewers are already frustrated with the show for doing another gloomy plot soon after Eric Forrester's (John McCook) health scare. Eric got a miracle cure, but will Taylor be as lucky?

The situations are a bit different since Eric's illness was kept vague. That made it easier for John "Finn" Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) to find a life-saving treatment suddenly.

With Taylor, they've specifically said she has heart failure. Does this mean they'll go through with Taylor's death, or will she still get an unrealistic soap opera save? Miraculous outcomes are always possible in daytime TV, so that's worth keeping in mind.
