The Young and the Restless Star Joshua Morrow Gives A Hint On Sharon's 'Killer' Storyline

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) viewers saw Sharon Newman's (Sharon Case) mental health story reach a peak when Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) found her rival in her home.

Sharon had broken in to poison Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) but changed her mind despite "Cameron Kirsten's" (Linden Ashby) urging.

Heather caught her as Sharon was leaving, and things heated fast. They argued, and when Heather tried to call the police, Sharon's unstable mind took over. Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that she pushed Heather down and then blacked out.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon woke up on the couch to find Heather dead. Instead of calling for help, her Cameron hallucination told her to hide the body, clean up, and act innocent.

A distraught Sharon did so, but Y&R viewers wonder if guilt will eat at her as time passes. But was Heather's death real? Did Sharon cause it? Could it be a dream? Or just another hallucination?

The Young and the Restless star Josh Morrow recently talked to SOD before Sharon Case/Sharon Newman's big 30th anniversary. He reflected on Shick's 30-year relationship and how he and Case have worked closely for decades. Morrow called his co-star an "incredible talent" and said Y&R is lucky to have her.

He also praised Case and Linden Ashby's fantastic chemistry and their gripping story. Morrow tells SOD, "She's killing it. I'm very proud of her. Don't expect anything from me [in this story]! But Sharon Case absolutely murders the storyline, along with Linden."

'Murder', Josh? Given Thursday's events, that was an interesting word choice for Case and Linden's story!

Is this all real? If so, could Sharon have blacked out and not killed Heather? Only time will tell.

The Young and the Restless spoilers remind fans that this story has had many twists so far, so anything could happen.
