Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Discovers Sharon's Secret, Helps Keep His Ex Out Of Prison

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is hiding her secret well for now, but secrets rarely stay buried in Genoa City. When Sharon's secret eventually comes out, who might uncover the awful truth of her actions?

Given his past with Sharon, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) would fit perfectly into this storyline.

Y&R viewers remember Adam was the first to help Sharon after her bipolar disorder diagnosis. She Knows Soaps reports that Sharon also aided Adam in processing his memories and realizing he killed AJ Montalvo as a child. Adam, just a boy then, lunged at AJ, leaving him with a deadly head injury on the ground.

This shared history might help Adam understand Sharon's situation if he picks up enough clues and gets her to open up. Adam could argue that Sharon wasn't herself due to skipping her meds and claim Heather's fatal injury was unintentional.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam has always seen Sharon as one of the kindest people he knows. He won't view Sharon as a monster, especially if she explains her blackout and the tormenting "Cameron Kirsten" (Linden Ashby) hallucinations.

Also, Adam has done some terrible things even when thinking clearly – like tampering with Victor Newman's (Eric Braeden) medication or nearly blowing up his family in Newman Tower.

If Adam finds out Sharon disposed of Heather's body, he'll likely join her cover-up instead of turning her in. Adam won't want Sharon in prison, away from her kids and grandchild, so he may decide to help her.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Adam might insist Sharon finally go to the doctor's appointments she's been putting off and take all her needed meds. Adam can't let Sharon keep spiraling, but he might try to pull her out of this mental health crisis while hiding her part in Heather's grim fate.

Sharon may be innocent, as viewers didn't see what happened during her blackout, but she assumes she's responsible. Whatever really happened to Heather, things would go badly for Sharon if the police started investigating her.

Will Adam learn about Sharon's shocking news and come to her aid? Will Adam uncover the whole ugly story and promise to keep quiet if Sharon agrees to get help?

The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest Sharon must rely on someone other than "Cameron" soon, and Adam fits the storyline given their past.
