The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, October 3, tease that Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) moved forward with Taylor Hayes' (Rebecca Budig) heart enzyme test.
Soaps Spoilers reports that Taylor underwent blood work and waited for results with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). The outcome surprised Dr. Buckingham.
Dr. Buckingham stated Taylor's numbers were OK, ruling out heart failure. She suggested Taylor might have broken heart syndrome, as heartbreak can sometimes mimic heart failure symptoms.
Upon hearing this with Ridge, Taylor was doubtful. Still, Dr. Buckingham assured them the condition was real and likely affecting Taylor's health.
At Forrester Creations, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) informed Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) about potentially aligning Brooke's Bedroom with Hope for the Future, which she loved. Brooke also probed about Carter's love life, mainly curious about his status with Katie Logan (Heather Tom).
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Carter explained they were just friends now and guessed Brooke's interest stemmed from Katie's possible reunion with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
After praising Hope to Brooke, Carter walked in on Hope and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) having a tense moment in the CEO office. Once Steffy left, Carter told Hope he wanted to discuss her line further.
Hope jokingly asked if this was about her modeling lingerie, sharing a flirty moment with Carter. He suggested they continue their talk over lunch at Il Giardino, which Hope seemed happy to consider.
At Bill's estate, he again proposed getting back together with Katie, who firmly declined. Katie reminded Bill he'd left her for Brooke multiple times and was now turning to her after things didn't work out with Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park).
She Knows Soaps reports that Katie admitted that if Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) were younger and asked them to reunite, she might consider it. However, with Will growing up and not pushing for it, Katie felt she had to be honest despite still loving Bill.
