407 Foot Bomb by Judge in the ninth is not enough for Yankees as Birds win 9-7.

BRONX, NY (New York Yankees App)- Aaron Judge has homered in four straight games but the Orioles win 9-7 to again prevent the Yankees from clinching the American League East. Judge hit a 407 foot three-run home run to bring New York within two runs of the Orioles in the ninth inning.

Juan Soto also homered and knocked in three runs for New York, which could have wrapped up the AL East race with a victory over Baltimore either of the past two nights.

"Nothing's been easy for us this year. Should'nt expect it to be now. But we've kind of perserved and kind of grinded our way through all of it" Yankees manager Aaron Boone said. "We'll be ready to go tommorow."
