Canopy Children’s Solutions hosts 10th annual Children’s Mental Health Summit
JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) -Canopy Children’s Solutions knows a children’s mental health crisis exists. Their staff reports that there’s been a 30 percent increase in anxiety and depression among children in the last several years. And one in three high school girls have reported having serious thoughts of suicide. They say those types of statistics highlight the needs the need for collaboration.

Mississippi unemployment rate holds steady at record low 2.8%
(The Center Square) – Federal data shows Mississippi's unemployment rate remained at a record low 2.8% in June for the third consecutive month.
