2 women killed after car hits metal pole, goes up in flames in Phoenix
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Two women are dead after a high-speed crash caused a vehicle to erupt in flames early Friday morning. According to Phoenix police, the collision happened near 35th and Sweetwater avenues around 6 a.m. When police arrived, they found a car on fire after it crashed into a large pole. A woman was found outside the vehicle and rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, where she later died.
