The deal includes $231 million guaranteed and $60 million average annual value in new money, above Burrow's $55 million AAV. There was a tie amongst QBs at the top all summer until the Cowboys&nbsp;ponied up&nbsp;the money to lock their franchise QB in a low-leverage situation for the team. It sets the QB market at an NFL record $60 million per season and makes the Burrow deal more of a bargain.
