Cars were driven through the entrances of two Florence gun stores over the weekend in apparent smash-and-grabs, according to police.

Friday night, a stolen car was driven into Triggers on Lloyd Avenue, according to Captain Greg Rehkamp. Then on Saturday night, another stolen car was driven into Range USA on Mall Road.

Rehkamp said the stolen vehicles were left at the scene.

Police are not saying what merchandise was taken or how many firearms were stolen. No arrests have been reported and no suspect information has been released.

The Enquirer reached out to both gun stores. Neither replied at the time of this report.

Enquirer media partner Fox 19 provided the photo for this report.
