LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio – Around 350 people lined up outside a Greater Cincinnati Kroger store on Thursday to meet Hulk Hogan , where the wrestling legend was promoting his new beer brand.

Hogan signed cases of his Real American Beer and posed for photos with fans at the Butler County Kroger on Yankee Road. The light lager, which Hogan co-founded, debuted at Ohio stores this month and costs $15.99 for a 12-pack at Kroger.

The 71-year-old WWE Hall of Famer held meet-and-greets to promote the beer at other Ohio grocery stores this month. He will also hold two events in Oxford later on Thursday.

The line to meet Hogan stretched throughout the Kroger parking lot. A family at the front of the line, who came from Middletown, said they camped out overnight and got to Kroger at 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

"It's amazing to be here," Hogan said. "I have Cincinnati Gardens memories. I started wrestling here 40 years ago."

Hogan also told The Enquirer he's a fan of Skyline Chili, saying he stops by his local parlor in Clearwater, Florida every couple of months to get his "little dose of Skyline."

Aside from promoting his beer, Hogan returned to the spotlight recently for speaking at the Republican National Convention .

"I've watched bits and pieces of it," he said about the Democratic National Convention , which started Monday and ends tonight. "There's a lot of positive stuff. Lots of positive response. But I'm with Trump, so that's all I can say."

Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones, who also attended the Republican convention , chatted with Hogan before the meet-and-greet. He led the crowd inside in Kroger in a brief "Trump!" chant while they waited for Hogan to arrive.
