Cam Collier, a 19-year-old top minor-league prospect for the High-A Dayton Dragons who was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the first round in 2022, homered three times in a game Friday night for the first time in his professional career.

Collier homered in the 1st, 2nd and 6th innings of an 11-4 win against the Cedar Rapids Kernels. On Saturday, Collier hit his team-leading 19th home run this season, and fourth homer in two days.

MLB Pipeline ranks Collier fifth among the Reds' prospects.

Collier hadn't homered since August 1, when he had four hits in a 13-9 Dayton win.

Collier and 2023 first-round pick Rhett Lowder represented the Reds in the MLB All-Star Futures Game in July. Collier homered and earned MVP honors for the National League. Lowder pitched a scoreless inning.

Lowder tossed six shutout innings in his debut Thursday for the Triple-A Louisville Bats.
