The Cincinnati Bengals opened as underdogs ahead of Sunday's showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs .

Cincinnati, 3-1 against quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs when Joe Burrow is under center, is a 6-point underdog next week, according to BetMGM .

The Bengals ' only loss to the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium with Burrow at quarterback came in the 2022 AFC championship game. The Chiefs would go on to win their second Super Bowl title with Mahomes. They also won last year and are going for the NFL's first-ever three-peat.

Burrow and the Bengals were the biggest favorite Week 1 against the New England Patriots and lost 16-10. Now, they face the Chiefs, who opened the season with a 27-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens.
