A Cincinnati sporting goods store is reacting to the controversial ending of the Cincinnati Bengals - Kansas City Chiefs game Sunday.

Koch Sporting Goods, which has been located in downtown Cincinnati since 1888, posted a photo of a mannequin sporting a black and white referee shirt with money in its pocket, a Kansas City Chiefs hat and a yellow flag in its hand.

The mannequin, which stands outside Koch's door on Fourth Street, normally wears a Bengals uniform this time of year.

"Happy Monday (Chiefs) fans," the store posted, tagging the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell.

Sunday's game ended with a walk-off, game-winning field goal from Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, as Kansas City won 26-25. A pass interference call on fourth and 16 against Bengals rookie defensive back Daijahn Anthony set up the kick.

It was a familiar position for the Bengals. The Chiefs also benefitted from officiating in the AFC championship game two seasons ago, as refs appeared to give them a do-over after a failed third-down conversion in the fourth quarter, before defensive end Joseph Ossai committed an unnecessary roughness penalty with 17 seconds remaining to set up a Butker game-winning field goal.

This game, however, had much less riding on the loss. The Bengals look to bounce back and pick up their first win of the season Sept. 23 at Paycor Stadium against the Washington Commanders for Monday Night Football.
