The Cincinnati Bengals continue to fall in the NFL power rankings this week after losing 26-25 to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Several outlets released their NFL power rankings lists Tuesday. The Kansas City Chiefs are the top contender on multiple sites. However, the Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints have also risen significantly in the ranks.

Here's where the Bengals rank on various NFL power rankings heading into Week 3. The number of spots the team jumped or fell is in parenthesis.

USA TODAY NFL Week 3 power rankings: No. 16 (🔻2)

Cincinnati's standing in USA TODAY's rankings has dropped to No. 16 going into Week 3. According to Nate Davis, the Bengals "faceplanted" against the superior Chiefs, leading to a 0-2 record.

"Yet the issues here have the potential to linger much longer if disgruntled WR Ja'Marr Chase continues to come unglued," he wrote.

CBS Sports NFL Week 2 power rankings: No. 22 (🔻6)

The Bengals plummeted in CBS Sports' Pete Prisco's rankings, but the NFL writer says he still has faith in the team.

"They showed better than they did in Week 1. They will be fine," he wrote.

The Athletic NFL Week 2 power rankings: No. 18 (🔺7)

Despite falling on several lists, the Bengals rebounded seven spots on The Athletic's Week 3 Power Rankings. Although Josh Kendall had no notes for the offense this week, he did state that the Bengals have wide receiver issues.

"Tee Higgins still isn’t playing because of a hamstring injury, and Ja’Marr Chase is 41st in the league in receiving yards (97). Chase got heated at the end of Sunday’s game after thinking he was on the wrong end of a hip-drop tackle," he wrote. "On the plus side, the award for stat line of the day goes to wide receiver Andrei Iosivas, who had two catches for 7 yards and two touchdowns, including the toe-tap catch of the day."

Yahoo NFL power rankings: No. 18 (🔻1)

The Bengals were previously ranked No. 17 by Yahoo and dropped down to No. 18 this week. Despite their Week 2 loss, NFL and betting writer Frank Schwab said, "It's OK to feel better about the Bengals after Sunday."

"They should have won at Kansas City and would have if not for a Chiefs fumble return for a touchdown or a late defensive pass interference call. Maybe they can use that as momentum, but it needs to happen fast," he added.

ESPN power rankings: No. 18 (🔻4)

The Bengals moved down four places on ESPN's official power rankings to No. 18. Journalist Ben Baby praised tight end Eric All Jr., stating the rookie has "skyrocketed in importance" following his first two games of the season. Baby reports that All had as many snaps as starting tight end Drew Sample and chipped in with four catches for 42 yards.

"If All continues to be this productive and effective, he could have a massive impact on Cincinnati's offensive scheme," Baby wrote.

Sports Illustrated NFL power rankings: No. 13 (🔺1)

The Bengals landed at No. 13 on Sports Illustrated's NFL power rankings . Although the Bengals played a tough game against the Chiefs, Conor Orr writes that the "phantom fumble" is still unresolved. He also expressed concerns about Ja'Marr Chase not being used at his "full potential"

But ultimately, Orr states that the Bengals will be fine this season as long as "Joe Burrow is O.K."
