This weekend, some of the biggest stars in Hollywood will show Greater Cincinnatians how to work out, eat healthy and have fun while doing so.
The Kroger Wellness Festival , a free, two-day event that celebrates a holistic approach to healthy living, is Friday, Sept. 27 and Saturday, Sept. 28.
Many A-list celebrities have been known to make appearances at the Cincinnati festival. This year, Alex Rodriguez, Chrissy Teigen, Bobby Flay, Dustin Poirier and more are expected to host fireside chats, workout sessions and cooking demos.

The Kroger Wellness Festival is the nation's largest health and wellness festival, per the event's website . The two-day event celebrates physical, mental and emotional health by hosting fitness activities, panel discussions, cooking demos, exhibitions, classes and live music.
This year, over 175 sponsors will educate attendees on their brands through live activations and free samples.

The Kroger Wellness will take place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, on Fifth Street in Downtown Cincinnati.
