Three-star defensive back and University of Louisville commit Micah Rice and his younger brother Benjamin have transferred from Moeller High School .

Micah has enrolled at North Oldham High School in Goshen, Kentucky. The Mustangs are currently 4-1 with wins over Fern Creek, DeSales, Tates Creek and Shelby County. They are ranked eighth in Class 4A in the latest Kentucky high school football media poll .

Benjamin, a sophomore running back, is now at Trinity High School in Louisville. The Shamrocks are the defending Class 6A state champions and the unanimous No. 1 team after defeating No. 2 Louisville Male last Friday.

In a recent interview with WHAS-TV, Micah said his dad, Jason, recently took a job in Louisville. The Kentucky High School Athletic Association has yet to rule on his eligibility for the season, but the North Oldham coaches are hopeful that we will be eligible by next Friday's game against Franklin County.
