Is your Spectrum TV app not working? If so, you're not alone

Customers are experiencing a nationwide issue logging into their Spectrum TV app, a Spectrum customer service representative told The Enquirer Saturday afternoon.

The issue began several days ago in Florida and has since spread to other parts of the country, the representative said.

They added the issue is related to the stormy weather caused by Hurricane Helene.

Engineers are currently working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue, they said.

A spokesperson for Spectrum told The Enquirer a reboot of one's modem and logging in and out of the TV app should resolve the issue.
