Spectrum customers across the U.S. have been experiencing outages over the past couple days as a result of Hurricane Helene, according to a company spokesperson.

The outages began several days ago in Florida and have since spread to other parts of the country, including to the Cincinnati area.

The spokesperson said the outages are related to the stormy weather, which has caused commercial power outages and plant damage.

"Our cables are often on the same poles as power and if there is damage to those poles from downed trees or wind, then sometimes our plant gets damaged too," the spokesperson added.

Crews are currently working as quickly as possible to resolve the outages.

For further assistance, visit the Spectrum website or contact customer service at 833-949-0036.
