Verizon customers in Greater Cincinnati may experience some issues with their service on Monday.

More than 104,000 service outages were reported as of 11:45 a.m., according to Downdetector , which monitors website outages based on user reports.

Among the locations with the most outage reports are Cincinnati, Columbus and Indianapolis. Users have largely reported issues with their cellphone use, though others have complained of a lack of signal and total blackouts.

"We are aware of an issue impacting service for some customers," Verizon spokesperson Ilya Hemlin said in a statement. "Our engineers are engaged and we are working quickly to identify and solve the issue."
