The Cincinnati Bengals (1-3) face the AFC North rival Baltimore Ravens (2-2) in NFL Week 5 at Paycor Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Cincinnati is coming off its first win of the season last week, a 34-24 road victory against the Carolina Panthers. Baltimore enters on a two-game winning streak, having defeated the Buffalo Bills, 35-10, last Sunday night.

    Bengals vs Ravens prediction, odds

Odds according to BetMGM as of Friday afternoon.

    • Spread: Ravens by 2.5 (-115).
    • Moneyline: Ravens -145, Bengals +120.
    • Point total over/under: 49.5 (-110).

Kelsey Conway , Enquirer Bengals beat reporter: This is where the season really begins for the Bengals. They know the importance of AFC North play and they'll be ready to take care of business against Lamar Jackson and Co. It will be a close game that won't be a high scoring affair. Bengals 24, Ravens 21

Jason Williams , Enquirer sports columnist: The Bengals can't stop the run. They struggle to tackle. That's bad news for a talent-deprived defense with Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry coming to town. With the Tennessee Titans, Henry rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown against the Bengals last season. Look for the Ravens to control the clock and run all over the Bengals. Ravens 31, Bengals 24

Charlie Goldsmith , Enquirer pro sports reporter: The Bengals' offense is in the most exciting place it has been in during Joe Burrow's career. The Bengals haven't played a complete game on that side of the ball yet, and they're still scoring 30-plus points. But the Ravens' offense can expose some of the weaknesses in the Bengals' defense that the Commanders revealed. Ravens 30, Bengals 28

Jason Hoffman , Enquirer sports editor: After watching the Ravens dismantle the Bills, it's hard to imagine the Bengals keeping this game close without being perfect on offense and getting multiple turnovers on defense. Ravens play keep away and close it out halfway through the fourth quarter. Ravens 28, Bengals 17
