Adam Wainwright hates GABP so much he wants to blow up Cincinnati Reds' ballpark

Former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright apparently didn't enjoy pitching at Great American Ball Park throughout his lengthy MLB career, which lasted from 2005 to 2023.

In case his 5.83 ERA in 23 career appearances at GABP wasn't a giveaway, Wainwright expressed just how much he despises the Reds' ballpark, which he referred to as "devil's lair," during a " Foul Territory " appearance with former Cincinnati fan favorite Todd Frazier.

"Remember when Todd Frazier threw the bat, literally threw the bat out of his hands, hit a ball and it went out in right field in Cincinnati? That's how dumb that park is," Wainwright said. "It's also how strong Todd is, but that park is just like - alright, I'll just go ahead and put it out there: If they ever decide they're going to blow that place up, I want them to call me. I want to press the button."
