The Cincinnati Bengals improved to 3-4 this season with a 21-14 win against the Cleveland Browns in their NFL Week 7 game Sunday.

It was Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow's first-ever NFL win in Cleveland.

"We got it done. You know, the first half wasn't great," Burrow told CBS' Aditi Kinkhabwala after the game. "We weren't great on third down today. Second half we found some scores. And our defense really stepped up big. ... I'd say that's the best defense we've played."

The Bengals got out to an early lead with Charlie Jones' 100-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. The Browns played the second half of the game with backup Dorian Thompson-Robinson and later Jameis Winston at quarterback, after starter Deshaun Watson suffered an Achilles injury that reportedly ended his season.

The Bengals' most costly injuries Sunday were to safety Geno Stone , who was carted off the field with a leg injury, and tackle Orlando Brown Jr. , who was downgraded to doubtful during the second half after suffering a knee injury.
