    M ellotone Beer Project holds preview during BLINK, America’s Test Kitchen comes to Cincinnati, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants to open Clifton Heights restaurant next month, and more.

    Mellotone Beer Project’s Preview This Weekend
    New Over-the-Rhine brewery Mellotone Beer Project is giving future customers a sneak peek at its digs during BLINK this weekend. Visitors can see the Arcade of Light , an interactive art installation by Kemper Sauce Studios, through this Sunday, October 20, in the former Taft Ale House space on Race Street. The installation features three retro-style games with LED light panels. The brewery’s owners hope to be ready to host its grand opening in mid-November.

    America’s Test Kitchen Comes to Cincinnati
    There are still tickets left for America’s Test Kitchen ’s Greater Cincinnati show next month.  has been captivating culinary enthusiasts with their unique, scientific approach to cooking. The event, which takes place on Tuesday, November 12 at the Aronoff Center, is part of a tour to celebrate the show’s 25th anniversary with co-hosts Chefs Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster. Tickets start at $25.

    Columbus Restaurant Group to Open First Cincinnati Restaurant
    The Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is scheduled to open Cap City Fine Diner and Bar inside of the new Hotel Celare in Clifton Heights on Tuesday, November 26. The menu will feature classic comfort food, including an All-American cheeseburger and a buffalo chicken sandwich as well as brunch favorites, such as French toast. While the restaurant group has several prominent properties in and around the Columbus area, this is its first venture in Cincinnati.

    New Pizza Joint Coming to Mt. Lookout
    Trevor Snowden, owner of Delwood and Parkside, is opening a pizza spot in the old Pizza Bank space in Mt. Lookout early next year. The restaurant—which is on Linwood Avenue, a stone’s throw from Delwood—will seat around 20 people and focus primarily on takeout.

    Tickets On Sale for Alton Brown’s Last Tour
    TV personality and author Alton Brown recently announced plans for his final national theater tour next year, which includes a stop at the Taft Theatre on April 17, 2025. The culinary variety show “Alton Brown Live: Last Bite” will coincide with the release of Brown’s 10th book, Food for Thought . Tickets start at $46.50.
