Cincinnati's Nights of Lights, a Coney Island tradition, will continue at a new location despite the former park ground's new chapter.

The drive-thru light show will take place at the Clermont County Fairgrounds in Owensville this year, according to a press release from event organizers. It will run from Nov. 23 to Jan. 5.

"Cincinnati’s Nights of Lights is a holiday tradition for thousands of people in the Tri-State area with more than two million lights synchronized to your favorite holiday songs," the press release said.

This winter will mark the light show's ninth season but its first away from Coney Island. The waterpark closed in December after it was bought by Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, which plans to transform the plot into a music venue dubbed " Riverbend 2.0 ."

The destruction of Coney Island sparked protests from advocates who called for the park to be preserved.
