Ice Cube Presents: BIG3 Basketball [PHOTOS]

Cincinnati was on fire this weekend, and not just because of the Cincinnati Music Festival .

Rapper Ice Cube decided to cash in on one of the city’s most profitable weekend’s by bringing his newest basketball league, BIG3 , to the Heritage Bank Center July 28th.

Basketball fans got to watch NBA legends and international superstars go toe-to-toe for six games.

About BIG3 Basketball

BIG3 is a 3-on-3 basketball league founded by rapper/actor Ice Cube and entertainment executive Jeff Kwatinetz . It features 12 teams with former NBA and international players and legendary coaches. BIG3 games have unique rules, known as “ FIREBALL3 “, differing from traditional 3-on-3 basketball. The league has three four-point zones and a pregame 4-point shootout to determine first possession.

Ice Cube , considering it one of his greatest achievements, plans to expand the league and recently offered Caitlin Clark a $5 million contract, calling her a “generational athlete.”
